Pepperoni Pie with Cream Cheese
INGREDIENTS – DOUGH
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 150 ml of oil
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
- 1 bag of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 sachet of red sazón – optional
INGREDIENTS – FILLING
- 1 can of corn
- 2 Calabrian sausages, cut into cubes
- Chopped olives to taste
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tomato cut into cubes
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Dry seasonings (Chimichurri, oregano, paprika and black pepper)
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- Chopped green smell
PREPARATION METHOD – Filling
- In a pan, add the olive oil and fry the onion and then the garlic.
- Add the chopped calabresa sausage and let it sauté.
- Now add the corn, olives, tomatoes and dry seasonings.
- At this point sprinkle the green smell
- Add the cream cheese and set the filling aside.
PREPARATION METHOD – Dough
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 4 minutes, then add the yeast and blend quickly.
- Grease a baking sheet.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan.
- Add the filling.
- Fill with the remaining dough to cover.
- Sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
- This blender pie is always a success, it is very soft and delicious.
