PREPARATION METHOD:
- First, to make things easier, separate all the ingredients that we will use to prepare our creamy banana pie.
- Now, let's start preparing the cream.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, the milk needs to be at room temperature.
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the milk with the cornstarch, and the vanilla essence, mix well.
- When it is well mixed, heat it until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan. Stir constantly to prevent the cream from clumping.
- When it is ready, turn off the heat and add the cream and stir again.
- Transfer the cream to a baking dish and let it cool.
- At this point we will prepare a stuffing that will be the dough for our pie.
- In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, margarine at room temperature and 1 whole egg, mix with your hands until it reaches the consistency of crumbs.
- Now, let's assemble the pie.
- Grease a baking tray with margarine and flour.
- Place half of the stuffing in the baking dish and cover the entire bottom of the pan.
- At this point, add the bananas, cut in half lengthwise.
- Place the cream on top of the bananas, remembering that it must be at room temperature.
- Finally, finish with the layer of crumbs.
- Finally, bake at 180º for 35 to 40 minutes. Let the creamy banana pie brown.
