CREAMY BANANA PIE

PREPARATION METHOD:

  1. First, to make things easier, separate all the ingredients that we will use to prepare our creamy banana pie.
  2. Now, let's start preparing the cream.
  3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, the milk needs to be at room temperature.
  4. In a pan, place the condensed milk, the milk with the cornstarch, and the vanilla essence, mix well.
  5. When it is well mixed, heat it until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan. Stir constantly to prevent the cream from clumping.
  6. When it is ready, turn off the heat and add the cream and stir again.
  7. Transfer the cream to a baking dish and let it cool.
  8. At this point we will prepare a stuffing that will be the dough for our pie.
  9. In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon, margarine at room temperature and 1 whole egg, mix with your hands until it reaches the consistency of crumbs.
  10. Now, let's assemble the pie.
  11. Grease a baking tray with margarine and flour.
  12. Place half of the stuffing in the baking dish and cover the entire bottom of the pan.
  13. At this point, add the bananas, cut in half lengthwise.
  14. Place the cream on top of the bananas, remembering that it must be at room temperature.
  15. Finally, finish with the layer of crumbs.
  16. Finally, bake at 180º for 35 to 40 minutes. Let the creamy banana pie brown.
