Can I do it?
In the midst of busy days, my head is constantly racing and asking myself, “Can I do it?”, will I be able to do this or that.
I believe it is something more common among women, who try to manage their day, their tasks, their work, of course it is not something exclusive to us, but most of the women I know are the same way.
On a day that seems ordinary and peaceful, we are faced with restless thoughts that take us no longer to the present moment but rather to functions not yet performed, we can call this anxiety, and in these moments we stop enjoying the present time and mix up future ideas and concerns.
So what should I do if my head is like this, agitated and connected to 220w? A personal tip is to start by breathing first, because we often fail to do even that.
Now write down what needs to be done, and in what time frame you have to carry out this activity or task.
Just by writing things down, you can start to bring some lightness to your mind. It no longer needs to fight frantically to remind you and remind you all the time what you should do. The next step is to set priorities, what to do first. Then, and most importantly, enjoy everything you do, even if it's everyday things that are already boring to you, like washing dishes, cleaning your house, doing work at work. Dedicate yourself to doing them with joy, put on some music, try to make the moment light. By doing this, you will finish your activities with energy and joy to start the next ones.
Above all, keep in mind that not all days are the same and on some days we may not be able to engage in our activities in the way suggested, but that's okay!
That's the beauty of everyday life, nothing is the same, so let's live one day at a time, let's absorb the information and feelings that the day will bring us in a beneficial way, and prepare ourselves for the new things that tomorrow will bring us, without worries and excessive demands.
Above all, be sure: YOU CAN DO IT!, you can overcome your fears, you can achieve your dreams, you can overcome anxiety and all the other things that appear before you!
