Mayonnaise Salad
Who doesn't love a mayonnaise salad? I simply LOVE it.
It serves as a side dish for many dishes and is very quick to prepare.
This mayonnaise salad is delicious and irresistible.
Made with ingredients that we usually have at home, such as eggs, potatoes and carrots, it is a quick option to prepare something different for your next meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 boiled eggs
- 5 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- Olives to taste
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 sachet of seasoning - Optional
- 300 g mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley and chives
- Dry seasonings: Oregano, Chimichurri and Pepper
PREPARATION METHOD:
- First, cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.
- Then, in a pan, place the vegetables already cut into cubes to cook, add a little salt to the water.
- Let it cook until soft, and then drain well.
- Cook the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
- In a baking dish or bowl of your choice, place the chopped onion, corn, cooked vegetables, eggs and olives.
- Mix well and season with the sazón sachet, the dry seasonings listed or another of your preference and salt, stir well and taste to see if the seasoning is correct.
- Finally add the mayonnaise, parsley and chives and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish to make the presentation look nice.
- Refrigerate.
- This salad is served chilled.
