Microwave Whole Wheat Bread
A warm loaf of bread is always delicious, there's no denying it. But many times we skip it to stay on track with our diet.
If you love bread like this, I'm going to teach you how to make whole wheat microwave bread that's ready in 5 minutes, which you can eat without feeling guilty.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
- Seasoning to taste - you can add a pinch of salt and dried herbs of your choice.
- If you want, also add chia and other seeds.
PREPARATION METHOD
- In a bowl, place the egg and beat it well with a fork.
- Then add the remaining ingredients: oats, water, salt, seasonings of your choice and yeast and mix well.
- Now, place the dough in a small bowl.
- Microwave for 2 min. to 10 sec.
- Your bread is ready!
- Cut it in half and stuff it with the filling of your choice.
- Bake for a few minutes in the toaster or frying pan to get that delicious crust.
Filling Tips: Ham and cheese, cheese with tomato, shredded chicken, cream cheese, scrambled eggs.
