Oatmeal Bread with Yogurt
Who doesn't love a warm loaf of bread? Just thinking about it makes your mouth water, a warm loaf of bread with butter, Yum!!! How delicious.
Now, have you ever thought about eating your beloved bread and knowing that it is healthy?
I'm going to teach you a quick recipe for a very healthy and effective recipe: oatmeal bread with yogurt.
This bread is super tasty and fluffy. You can eat it without feeling guilty and without breaking your diet.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs
- 1 pot 170 g – natural yogurt
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup – 50 g – grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups – 200 g – oat flour
- 1 dessert spoon of baking powder
** For best results use measuring cup: 250 ml **
PREPARATION METHOD:
- In the blender, place all the ingredients except the yeast.
- If you prefer, you can mix the flour in a bowl.
- Then add the yeast and mix slowly with the help of a spatula.
- Then, pour the dough into a rectangular silicone mold or, if you prefer, a greased and floured aluminum mold. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, which will give your oatmeal bread with yogurt a special touch.
- Now, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on it, as each oven has its own particularities.
- Finally, remove from the oven and unmold immediately if you used a silicone mold to avoid dampening the bread.
- If you used an aluminum mold, let it cool before unmolding.

PRESERVE: up to 4 days outside the refrigerator
FREEZE: 20 days
