Organizing my Interior
We have talked about many forms of organization, showing strategies and tips, however we are going to talk about the first organization that must occur for all the others to happen.
Have you ever thought about how your interior is? I'm not talking about your organs, but going a little deeper I'm talking about your emotions, your state of mind.
How have you been treating yourself and how have you been feeling? Sometimes we ignore what is going on inside us and we live one day after another in a frantic and automatic way, often without paying attention to what we are really feeling.
It is extremely important to change your attitude towards this. Remember that you are your priority and that only you can do some things for yourself. Change your attitude towards leaving yourself aside, learn to prioritize yourself. Yes, continue to help the people around you, but understand that you need to take care of yourself and your emotions first.
A person with fragile emotions will hardly be able to take care of others for a long time; in the long term, the emotional overload can paralyze you.
So what can we do to organize our internal mess? As our title says: “Organizing my interior”.
Starting the process of internal organization is not the easiest and should be done calmly, because everything that has been stored and left behind for years will not be left and resolved overnight. The first step is plan your short-term goals, and list the changes you want to happen in your life.
Put it all on paper, ideas, goals and emotions, this is the time to get out what has been kept inside for a long time. Set your priorities and make sure you will fulfill them.
If disconnect from social media for a period to be able to reconnect in you, this action may seem drastic to some, however we are constantly being bombarded by a lot of information, which often causes us stress, worry, anxiety and fear.
Cultivate relationships with people you Amman and considers important; if you ask anyone what they love most and consider important in life, most will answer family, and some others friends, which shows that despite all the things we spend our lives chasing, in the end what matters are people.
With that strive to strengthen your ties, be they family members or of friendship, this will make your relationships stronger, which in turn will help you with your internal organization, as having someone you can trust and be heard when necessary does us a lot of good.
Try to have a life with healthy habits, eat well, sleep enough for your body to recover, practice physical activity, these attitudes are good for our interior and emotions.
Above all prioritize yourself, learn to love and respect yourself first, after all, only then will you be able to love others.
Therefore, when you start satisfying yourself first, you start filling the emotional gaps within you and stop suffering when they are not filled by “others”, putting all these small action tips into practice your mind and your interior begin to realign, and the internal organization happens in a light but effective way.
In many cases, professional support is necessary at this time, but do not hesitate to seek out a psychologist to help you on this journey of inner discovery.
