HOMEMADE PASTA DOUGH
Who doesn't love a good pasta dish? As someone from a Spanish family, I can't deny my love for this delicacy, whether it's homemade pasta or dried pasta. My Sundays have always been filled with lots of pasta and family gatherings.
Pasta is an easy dish to make and always makes a good impression on guests. Pasta is a common dish on most Brazilians' tables.
The most popular form of this delicacy is dried pasta, the kind sold in supermarkets. However, I would like to know if you have ever tried fresh pasta?

RECIPE – HOMEMADE PASTA DOUGH
INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 300 g flour
- Salt to taste
PREPARATION METHOD
- In a bowl, place the eggs and salt, gradually add the flour and start kneading until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Roll out the dough using a rolling pin or a roller if you have one.
- Cut the dough with a sharp knife or cut with the help of a roller – width of approximately 1 cm.
- Place the pasta evenly spaced out on a floured countertop or on a pasta line if you have one.
- Boil water with approximately 2 tablespoons of salt, add a small amount of pasta so that they do not stick together.
- Using a fork, stir the pasta a few times to prevent it from sticking.
- Average cooking time of 6 minutes or until al dente.
- Finally, drain the homemade pasta well, transfer it to a container of your choice.
