LASAGNA BOLOGNESE
How about some lasagna bolognese? Hmm, that's definitely my favorite food.
There's no denying that lasagna Bolognese is a favorite among many people.
An easy-to-prepare dish that always makes a good impression on family and guests when it is served.
It can be assembled in countless ways, with various flavors to please all tastes.
There is lasagna with meat, chicken, vegetables, white sauce, red sauce, there is even lasagna without the traditional pasta with eggplant and zucchini.
Today I'm going to teach you the most traditional one, which is lasagna Bolognese, which is nothing more than lasagna with ground meat and red sauce. Enough talk, let's get to this delight.
INGREDIENTS – Sauce
- ½ kg ground beef
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped into small cubes
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- Olives to taste
- 4 sachets of tomato sauce
- Dry seasonings to taste (Chimichurri, oregano, black pepper, among others)
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
INGREDIENTS – Lasagna
- 500 g lasagna pasta
- 600 g ham
- 600 g mozzarella
- 1 bag of grated parmesan cheese
PREPARATION METHOD – Sauce
- First of all, chop all the ingredients to make preparation easier and faster.
- Now, in a pan, add the olive oil, wait for it to heat up a little and fry the onion and then the garlic.
- Then add the ground meat and let it fry well until it is very loose.
- Then add salt to taste, tomatoes, olives and dry seasonings and sauté well.
- Once it is well sautéed, add the tomato sauce sachets and mix. If necessary, add a little water to the sauce so that it does not become too thick.
- At this point, add the chives and parsley.
PREPARATION METHOD – Lasagna Bolognese
* Preheat your oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes *
- It's time to assemble the lasagna. In a baking dish or tall baking dish, place a layer of sauce so that the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom.
- Then place a layer of lasagna noodles.
- Then, another layer of sauce, one of ham and another of mozzarella.
- The next layer will be sauce and pasta again.
- This process will be repeated until you reach the height of your shape.
- The last layer has to be in this order - dough, sauce and mozzarella, after that sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- With the oven preheated, bake your lasagna for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, it is ready to serve.
Follow-up: Lasagna is a complete dish on its own, however some people like to eat it with white rice and a salad.
