Gyoza Recipe

Filling Ingredients:

  • 250g of ground pork;
  • 250g of finely chopped cabbage;
  • 1 grated carrot;
  • 1 chopped onion;
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic;
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch;
  • 1 package of Gyoza dough.

Preparation method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic.
  1. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch to the mixture and mix well.
  1. Take the dough from Gyoza and place a tablespoon of the filling in the center of each one.
  1. Fold the dough in half and pinch the edges to seal.
  1. Finally, in a non-stick frying pan, heat a little oil and fry the Gyozas until golden and crispy, add a little water and cover to steam.

There you go! Now you have a bunch of Gyozas delicious to taste and share with your friends and family.
