Easy Chicken Fricassee

The chicken is shredded and is very creamy due to the cream cheese that, together with the corn, gives it a very special touch.

Ingredients
- 1 box of cream
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 100 g pitted olives
- 2 shredded chicken breasts
- 200 g sliced mozzarella
- 100 g straw potatoes
- 1 cup of water
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation method:
- Blend the corn, cream cheese, cream and water in a blender.
- Sauté the cream you just blended with the shredded chicken, add the olives and salt until it has a thick texture.
- Place this stew in a baking dish, cover with mozzarella, and finally spread the straw potatoes on top.
- Then bake until bubbling.
- Serve with white rice.
