INGREDIENTS:
- 10 g dry yeast
- 240 ml warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 45 g sugar (¼ cup)
- 60 ml of oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt approximately
- 4 cups unbleached wheat flour
FILLING:
- 250 g ham
- 250 g mozzarella
- Cream cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste.
PREPARATION METHOD:
- First of all, separate all the ingredients to start the recipe and make the process easier.
- Then, in a bowl, add the dry biological yeast, warm milk, salt and sugar and mix well with the help of a spoon or spatula.
- Then add the oil and mix again.
- Now, add the wheat flour little by little and stir.
- When the dough starts to firm up, knead it for a few minutes.
- Then, sprinkle wheat flour on a work surface and knead the dough well.
- This ham and cheese roll dough is very fluffy and very tasty.

- Now, let the dough rest for 20 minutes after kneading.
- Then roll out your dough using a rolling pin.
- Divide the dough in half and roll out the first part, to make it easier.
- Try to keep a rectangular shape to make it easier to fill.

- Then add the slices of mozzarella and ham, sprinkle with a little oregano.
- Close the dough like a Swiss roll, sprinkle oregano on top.
- Finally, cut into slices according to your preferred size.
- Brush with egg white and bake until the dough is golden on top.
- After baking, the snack can be frozen in special bags and heated whenever you want to eat it.
