Crepioca Fit
This healthy crepe recipe will help you a lot in your daily life.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 spoon of hydrated tapioca
- 1 tablespoon grated cheese – optional
- 1 pinch of salt
- Seasoning to taste (Oregano and chimichurri)
Preparation method:
- Beat the egg in a bowl
- Add the salt, seasonings of your choice, grated cheese and tapioca, beat until everything is smooth.
- Then, place a frying pan on to heat, and pour your mixture.
- Filling tip – Light cream cheese, fresh cheese, ham and mozzarella, shredded chicken, cucumber and carrots, tuna, the options are endless.
This healthy crepe is a great option for breakfast, lunch and snacks. It is not mandatory to have filling in your healthy crepe because the grated cheese already gives it a very special flavor.
