Homemade Cappuccino
Who is one of those people who love a good cappuccino?
I particularly love a hot, creamy cappuccino.
Today I'm going to teach you a homemade cappuccino recipe that's delicious, very cheap and doesn't contain any preservatives.
Made very quickly and probably with ingredients you already have at home.
This homemade cappuccino can be stored in a tightly sealed jar for a long time.
Whenever you feel like having a cappuccino, or serving it to your guests, it will always be at hand.
Write down this recipe and prepare it at home too.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g instant coffee
- 350 g of powdered milk (whole or skimmed)
- 400 g chocolate powder
- 2 tablespoons of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
- 250 g sugar (or equivalent sweetener)
PREPARATION METHOD:
- First, crush the instant coffee in the original packaging it comes in until the larger coffee stones break up.
- If it is not in the original packaging, place it in a bag or in a cup and crush it with a pestle.
- In a bowl, add the previously ground instant coffee, powdered milk and chocolate powder and mix well.
- After that, add the two spoons of cinnamon powder, the baking soda and the sugar.
- Mix all the ingredients well using a spoon or spatula.
- Now, put all this mixture in the blender and blend until you get a very fine powder.
- Our homemade cappuccino should be stored in a jar with a lid.
- Which must be kept closed at all times.
- Homemade cappuccino lasts up to 6 months if stored properly.
- If you prefer to use chocolate powder – Toddy or Nescau – do not add sugar to the recipe.
How to Prepare My Homemade Cappuccino?
- The proportions for a perfect homemade cappuccino preparation are:
1 cup of hot water or milk –-> 1 heaped tablespoon.
- Mix well until all the powder is completely dissolved.
