INGREDIENTS
- 1 box of natural yogurt
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut or demerara sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- Dark chocolate – Optional
PREPARATION METHOD
- First, grease a baking tray with butter and a little oat flour, so that your fit brownie doesn't stick.
- Then start the process of preparing the fit brownie.
- In a bowl, add the egg and beat well with the help of a whisk, add the sugar and beat again.
- Then, add the natural yogurt, oat flour, milk, cocoa powder and beat a little more.
- Once the mixture is well combined, add the yeast and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into the greased pan.
- At this point, add the semisweet chocolate cut into small pieces.
- Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 200º.
- Baking time 20 to 25 minutes.
Tip: Add strawberries or nuts to your recipe.
