Salty Cheese Cake
Do you like cheese or cheese bread? If so, you'll love this savory cheese cake recipe, because it tastes just like cheese bread.
But with one difference, it doesn't have as many processes and it's ready really quickly and without making a mess in the kitchen.
This savory cheese cake is very soft and with the cheese melted in the middle, it's mouth-watering.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup oil
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 packet of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon of biological yeast
- 250 g mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Place the eggs, oil, wheat flour, milk, grated parmesan cheese and salt in a blender and blend all the ingredients.
- Add the yeast and beat quickly using the pulse function.
- Grease a pan and pour half of the batter.
- Now add the mozzarella pieces and then pour the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180º for approximately 40 minutes.
