Chocolate cake
Ingredients
Mass:
- 3 cups of wheat
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Coverage:
- 3 tablespoons of margarine
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 cups of milk
Preparation Method
Mass:
- In a bowl mix the sugar and cocoa powder
- Then mix the egg yolks and oil
- Gradually add the water and wheat
- Then add the yeast and finally add the beaten egg whites.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
Coverage:
- Mix everything in a pan over low heat.
- Keep stirring until it becomes creamy.
- Then pour over the still hot cake.
