Banana Oatmeal Cake
How nice it is to smell that banana and oat cake in the house, the smell of banana mixed with spices is delicious.
This cake is super functional and fit, made with that banana that you have at home and is almost gone and Oats, it is fluffy and healthy.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 1 not very ripe banana
- 250 g fine oats
- ½ of thick oats
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- Raisins to taste.
PREPARATION METHOD
- Blend the eggs, 4 bananas, oil and fine oats in a blender.
- Pour this mixture into a bowl with the coarse oats, cinnamon, raisins and yeast.
- Grease a pan
- Take the remaining banana and cut it into slices and place it at the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan with the bananas.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
