Creamy Corn Cake

Made with more accessible ingredients, it is easy and quick to make, and is one of the favorites.
This cake has its own particularities, as it has a sweet and salty touch because its recipe includes grated coconut and grated Parmesan cheese, which give it a very special touch.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 3 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- ½ can of oil (measurement from the can of corn)
- 100 g grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
PREPARATION METHOD
- In a blender, place the eggs, flour, cornmeal, oil, can of corn, cheese and sugar.
- Beat for approximately 3 minutes or until everything is well blended.
- Add the yeast to the dough and stir.
- Grease a baking dish and pour in the batter you just mixed.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- The cake is golden brown, but soft due to its creaminess.
