INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Whey Protein Scoopy (40 g)
- 3 Tablespoons of Almond Flour
- 2 Tablespoons of Water
- ½ tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of Xylitol (Optional, if you want it really sweet)
PREPARATION METHOD:
- First of all, separate all the ingredients that we are going to use to make preparation easier and faster.
- Now, let's begin.
- In a bowl, add the eggs, the whey of your choice, the 3 tablespoons of almond flour and mix well.
- Then add the remaining ingredients, water, coconut oil, and xylitol if you want your microwave protein cake to be really sweet, as the whey is already sweetened.
- After mixing everything well, place in the microwave for approximately 3 minutes.
- If you decide to prepare it in a frying pan, place it on medium to low heat, wait for it to brown and then turn the dough over so it browns equally on the other side.
- This microwave protein cake can be served with a delicious sauce made with whey.
SYRUP INGREDIENTS
This syrup requires very few ingredients and is ready very quickly.
- 5 g cocoa powder 100% (1 teaspoon)
- 15 g of whey protein (½ scoopy)
- Sweetener to taste.
- Water or milk (1 teaspoon)
HOW TO PREPARE THE SYRUP
- Mix all the ingredients
- Then bring to the boil, stirring constantly until it reaches the desired consistency.
