Fritter
This rain cake recipe certainly brings back fond memories for many people.
For me, bolinho de chuva reminds me of my grandmother's or my mother's house in the late afternoon, drinking a hot cup of tea and watching the afternoon session on television.
At a time when things were more difficult, this cake was a success not only because it was delicious, but also because it was prepared with few ingredients.
Being cheaper to make, the affective memory comes from being something that many people like me ate in their childhood.
Oh, when it started to rain I already thought, hmmmm a rain cake with cheese bread would go down well, right? lol
Everything to encourage my mother to prepare.
Anyway, there are many stories and memories, let's go to the recipe so you can prepare this delight too.
