Bifum

INGREDIENTS
- 200 g - Bifum – Rice noodles
- Boiling Water
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 Garlic, chopped into cubes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Dry seasonings to taste
- Chopped olives
- Carrot cut into thin strips
- Cucumber cut into thin strips
- Celery or celery stalk cut into small strips
- Chicken breast or beef cut into strips (cooked)
- Sesame
- Chopped chives
PREPARATION METHOD
- Place the rice noodles in a bowl or container and add the boiling water.
- Let it rest for 2 min.
- Then stir with the help of a fork.
- After this time, drain the rice noodles and rinse them with running water immediately to stop the cooking process. And set aside.
- Now, in a pan add olive oil, and fry the onion and garlic.
- Immediately after that, add the carrot and celery and let it sauté until al dente.
- Then add the previously cooked meat, seasoned and cut into strips, and the olives and let it sauté.
- Finally, add the salt and seasonings of your choice, and at this point also add the sesame seeds, chives and cucumber.
- Mix all the ingredients well. And serve.
- If you have sesame oil, add it too, it gives a very special touch to this dish.
Tips:
- This pasta can be prepared with other types of meat, and even without meat, just with the vegetables and greens of your choice.
- It is also delicious with red sauce and white sauce, like traditional pasta dishes.
