Christmas Rice

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 seedless tomato, cut into cubes
- ½ dark raisin
- 1 can of sweet corn
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 cups of green beans cut into small slices
- ½ Yellow Pepper
- ½ Red Bell Pepper
- Chopped olives
- Dry Seasonings: Oregano, Chimichurri, Pepper
- 1 cup of hearts of palm – Optional

PREPARATION METHOD:
- In a pan, add the olive oil and fry the onion, peppers and garlic. After frying, add the rice, green beans and grated carrots. Add salt to taste.
