Today I'm going to teach you what I make most, which is chicken, but nothing stops you from switching to ground beef, vegetables, tuna, among others.

Above all, remember the base of the pie will always be the same, only the filling will change.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Onion cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of oat flakes
  • 1 small grated carrot
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • 1 shredded and seasoned chicken breast
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of black olives
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • Oregano and Chimichurri
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

 

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. First of all, put your chicken to cook in the pressure cooker.
  2. After cooking, shred it, season it according to your preferred seasonings and set aside.
  3. First, we're going to beat the egg whites until stiff, as this will make our low carb pie fluffy and airy.
  4. Now, separate the yolk from the white of 5 eggs.
  5. Just beat the egg whites until they are very consistent and set aside.
  6. In a bowl, add the five egg yolks, the diced onion, the minced garlic clove, the grated carrot, and the diced tomato.
  7. Then add the olives, parsley and chives.
  8. Then, mix everything, add salt and the dry seasonings of your choice, oregano and chimichurri are a must.
  9. Mix all the ingredients well again and then add a whole egg and mix well.
  10. Finally add the beaten egg whites and two spoons of oats, and mix, but this time a little more gently.
  11. Add the baking powder and mix gently.
  12. Finally, pour the dough into a previously greased baking tray and bake.
  13. A tip that can make your pie even tastier is to add a little grated parmesan.
