We all have so many activities to do that we often end up losing track of something or leaving it behind. Even more so these days where everything is slow and changes so frequently.
With that in mind, I've set aside 6 days to improve your personal and professional organization. Grab a pen and paper and write it down.
I'm sure that if you put these tips into practice, you'll be able to perform all tasks more quickly and efficiently.

1 - Write down your commitments and priorities.
First, start by writing down all the appointments and activities you need to carry out.
Make a priority list, mark what should be delivered first, for example.
Leave things that can wait a little at the end of the list, remembering that this does not mean that it will be left behind.

2- Organize your physical spaces. Keep your work environment as clean as possible.
Then, organize your work environment, your office, the place where you will work.
The first place to be organized is this one, because to start planning the place where I work needs to be clean.
A messy and disorganized workplace reflects your mind and current situation, so organizing it is very important, to already pass the information to your brain that everything is falling into place.
Starting work in a messy place can be discouraging, and that's not what we want.
Eliminate all visual pollution from your work environment, leaving it clean and well organized.

3- Schedule activities by period.
Likewise, as I said to write down the activities to be carried out by priority, here too you should follow the same principle.
Schedule activities by period, always analyzing what is best for you and how it will be easiest to carry out everything that has been proposed.

4- Establish actions to achieve goals.
This part is definitely my favorite, setting goals makes the whole process easier. Without a goal, an objective, we tend to get discouraged halfway through the process.
So, write down your goals, how long you want to take to finish this or that, how many activities on your list you want to complete within a week, for example.
With well-established goals and priorities, you will be able to achieve your objectives day by day.

5- Document the results.
Make a habit of writing down all the goals you achieve, write down your achievements and results.
This will serve as motivation for you even on days when you find it difficult to stay organized and will also help you see more clearly that you have managed to achieve your goals.
Try to write down each daily achievement.

6- Use project, time and productivity management programs.
Currently, there are many technological means that can help you in this organization process.
Use them to help you, download applications that fit your needs.
There are many very useful applications at the moment, financial control, digital calendar, reminders, among others.

After these steps, organizing your tasks and staying committed to carrying them out will become easier.
Remember that it all depends on you. So, it's time to put these tips into practice and see how everything will become more practical.
Finally, you will be able to carry out your tasks, always with great organization and focus, and you will see that now you will even have time for other activities, or even for some leisure time.
